DESCRIPTION Pizza base packaged in ATP, naturally leavened round shape cm. 28. Soft dough with a note of flavor and oil fragrance. USE Stuff and cook in the oven for 5-7 minutes at about 230 degrees. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), olive oil, lard, salt, malted WHEAT flour, dextrose. Preservative E 200.
DESCRIPTION Focaccia Rustica packed in ATP, naturally leavened round shape cm. 26/27 approx. Crunchy dough with a note of flavor and fragrance. USE cook in the oven for 4-7 min. at about 220 degrees. Use as a focaccia or as a bread substitute. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), 3.0% extra virgin olive oil, salt, malted WHEAT flour. Preservative E 200.
DESCRIPTION Focaccia Umbra packaged in ATP. Typical Umbria product cooked on a refractory oven. Naturally leavened focaccia triangle. Crunchy dough with a note of flavor and fragrance. USE Heat in a pan for about 2 minutes and fill with sliced meat, cheese and vegetables. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), salt, sunflower oil, olive oil. Preservative E 200.
